CAN I PAY WITH A DIFFERENT CURRENCY ?

Paypal takes care of all currency conversion during checkout, so you can use whatever currency you'd like when you make purchases.

DO YOU HAVE A SIZE GUIDE? / HOW DO I KNOW IF WHAT I BUY WILL FIT ME ? 

It is very important that you understand the measurements of the items that you are buying from us. We want you to be thrilled with your products from pièce. Also, remember that sizing has changed over the years and you will need to check the measurement details of the product you want to buy. We provide you with as much detail as possible to help.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT ? 

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or regular account payments, all through PayPal and Stripe.


I DON'T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT, CAN I STILL BUY ?

YES! You can still make a secure credit card payment through PayPal without having an account or Stripe.


DO YOU SHIP ABROAD

Yes, we ship worldwide.


WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING CONDITIONS ?

We ship our items from the U.S using USPS.

We ship worldwide and post items daily, Monday to Friday. Expect to receive your item within 3-12 working days depending where you are located.


If you need your items faster, please contact us, we can arrange something for you.We ask that you provide us with a secure address to ensure a safe delivery of your items.


For international buyers

You may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; pièce has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information. When ordering from pièce you are considered the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.


HOW OFTEN DO YOU ADD NEW STOCK ? 

As often as possible! We are always finding fantastic items we want to share with you. We try to add items a couple of times a month. You never know what you will find so please check back on a regular basis.


DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE ? 

Our items are currently only available online through this site. We do occasionally have pop-up sales in Paris, London and New York.

DO YOU ONLY HAVE ONE OF EACH ITEM ? 

Our vintage or one-of-a-kind items are one off pieces. If you like something, don't let it slip away, these items will never be sold again

We also carry a very limited stock of brand new products we scored while travelling.


CAN I GET A DIFFERENT SIZE THAN WHAT YOU'VE LISTED ? 

We're sorry, but no. Due to the nature of vintage/preloved clothing, we only carry one of each item. Don't worry if you love a particular vintage piece and it doesn't fit perfectly. Keep in mind that the tailor can usually always improve the fit of a garment!


I WANT A CERTAIN HARD TO FIND ITEM. CAN YOU FIND SOMETHING FOR ME ? 

YES, we can try! We're out sourcing items all the time and if you contact us, we will keep our eyes peeled for the perfect piece.


DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS ? 

If unhappy with your item it can be return within 7 days of receipt. Items must be in the same condition as when they left our studio.
